STAND ON THE WORD WITH FRC
A TWO-YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN

TODAY'S READING: 2 Chron. 31-32

TODAY'S QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION AND DISCUSSION

1) After celebrating the Passover, what were the people of both Israel and Judah inspired to do as they returned home (see 31:1)?

2) When a massive Assyrian army, led by a blaspheming Sennacherib, laid siege to Judah's fortified cities after having already carried away the northern kingdom captive, what did King Hezekiah tell his people (see 32:7-8)?

  1. Run for your lives, there is no way we can stop them!
  2. Hide in your homes, maybe they won't find you!
  3. With us is the Lord our God, to help us and to fight our battles!
  4. None of the above
